What happens when you pay

  1. If you pay by card, the service is set up automatically once the bank confirms the payment. By bank transfer, once we receive it.
  2. You receive an email with your login details.
  3. If you register the domain with us, it’s registered once the payment is confirmed.
  4. Once the domain points to the server, your website has its certificate, which renews itself.

Frequently asked questions

If I host my website with you, do I need to buy a certificate?

No. All three plans come with a Let’s Encrypt certificate for the main domain at no extra cost, and it renews itself as long as the domain points to our servers. You only need a commercial certificate to validate your company or to cover subdomains with a wildcard.

Do I have to do anything to get HTTPS on my website?

No. Once the domain points to the server, your website has its certificate and it renews itself. If your domain is with another provider, we’ll tell you what to change so it points here.

My website is on another server. Can I use the included certificate?

No: the included certificate is for the website hosted on the plan. If your website stays where it is, we’ll prepare a commercial certificate. If you’d like to move it here, we’ll send you a quote for the migration.

What do domain validation and organization validation mean?

Domain validation checks that the domain is yours. Organization validation also checks that your company exists, and the company name appears in the certificate details. InstantSSL and InstantSSL Pro are both organization-validated.

What is a wildcard certificate?

A single certificate for the domain and its first-level subdomains, such as shop.yourbusiness.ad or app.yourbusiness.ad. A second-level subdomain, such as a.b.yourbusiness.ad, isn’t covered.

Does it need renewing?

The one included with hosting renews itself. Commercial certificates last one year and are renewed every year.

How do I pay?

By card, on the bank’s secure page, or by bank transfer. If you pay by card, the service is set up automatically once the bank confirms the payment; by bank transfer, once we receive it.

Do prices include IGI?

No, prices exclude IGI. Customers in Andorra pay 4.5% IGI on top; customers outside Andorra don’t.
