What happens when you pay

  1. If you pay by card, the service is set up automatically once the bank confirms the payment. By bank transfer, once we receive it.
  2. You receive an email with your login details.
  3. The domain is registered once the payment is confirmed. If you keep it where it is, we’ll tell you what to change so it points here.

Can I change plan later on?

Yes. Ask us in a ticket and we’ll move you from Bronze to Silver or Gold. If shared hosting isn’t enough, you can also move to a virtual server.

Is the SSL certificate included?

Yes, on all three plans at no extra cost. It’s from Let’s Encrypt and renews itself.

Which control panel will I use?

Plesk. From there you manage your website, email, databases and certificate yourself. If your domain is with us, you edit its DNS in the client area.

When will it be ready?

If you pay by card, the service is set up automatically once the bank confirms the payment, and you get an email with your access. By bank transfer, once we receive it. The domain is registered once the payment is confirmed.

Can you move my website from another provider?

Yes, with a tailored quote. Tell us where you’re coming from and how many websites, mailboxes and databases you have, and we’ll send you a proposal with the timescale and the cost.

What support do I get?

Help from our own technical team. Write to us through a ticket in the client area or with the contact form.

Do prices include IGI?

No, prices exclude IGI. Customers in Andorra pay 4.5% IGI on top; customers outside Andorra don’t.

Can I stop it renewing?

Yes. You can cancel the renewal whenever you like from the client area.
