- Registration as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Not included
- Mailboxes: a domain doesn’t come with them. You can add them when you buy it.
- Website hosting: that comes with a hosting plan or a server.
- The SSL certificate: it comes with hosting, which renews it automatically.
What happens when you pay
- If the extension needs the holder’s details, we’ll ask for them in a step before payment.
- You pay by card, on the bank’s secure page, or by bank transfer.
- By card, the domain is registered once the payment is confirmed. By bank transfer, once we receive it and record it.
- If it uses our name servers, the DNS zone is created automatically and you edit it from the client area.

Transfer your domain

- Unlock the domain at your current provider and, if the extension uses one, ask for the authorisation code (EPP).
- Place the transfer order here. We’ll ask for the code in a step before payment.
- The transfer includes one year of renewal. Once it’s done, you manage and renew the domain from the client area.
For these extensions the transfer adds no year: .es (€0.00), .uk (€0.00), .co.uk (€0.00), .pt (€0.00).
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to renew a domain?
It depends on the extension, and you see it before you buy: next to the first-year price is the price for each year after. Some extensions have a reduced first year and renew at more than double; we flag them so there are no surprises. Prices exclude IGI.
Can I transfer a domain I have with another provider?
Yes. Unlock it at your current provider, ask for the authorisation code (EPP) if the extension uses one, and place the transfer order here. The transfer includes one year of renewal, except for the extensions where it adds none, which we show in the price list.
Whose name is the domain registered in?
In the name of the holder you give in the order; if you don’t give another one, that’s you. We manage it, but you are the holder.
Do I get email with the domain?
No. The domain is the name; mailboxes are a separate service. You can add them at the same time: Basic Email, or a hosting plan with website and email.
Do I have to pay for DNS separately?
No. If the domain is with us and uses our name servers, DNS is included and you edit the records from the client area.
Why do some extensions ask for more details?
Each registry has its own rules. For example, .es asks for an identification number and .cat for what you will use the domain for. We’ll ask for them in a step before payment.
Are my details published in the whois?
For most extensions, no: unless you give consent, the holder’s details stay hidden in whois. If you want them published, click “Change” next to the domain in your basket or on the payment page and tick the consent box under Domain details. The .ad has no such box: if the holder is a company, the whois shows its name, parish or province and country. If you register it in your own name, ask us first what gets published.
Do prices include IGI?
No. Prices exclude IGI. Customers in Andorra pay IGI of 4.5% on top.
