What happens when you pay

  1. If you pay by card, the service is set up automatically once the bank confirms the payment. By bank transfer, once we receive it.
  2. You receive an email with your login details.
  3. Install WordPress from Plesk or bring over the website you already have. If you’d rather we did it, ask us for a quote.

Can you move my WordPress website from another provider?

Yes, with a tailored quote. Tell us where you’re coming from and what you have, and we’ll send you a proposal with the timescale and the cost.

Which PHP version do you use?

All plans come with PHP 8.4 by default, served with PHP-FPM.

Is there caching for WordPress?

It isn’t preinstalled. You can add a caching plugin from WordPress itself.

What if my website grows and needs more?

Ask us in a ticket and we’ll move you to a bigger plan. If you need more control, you can also move to a virtual server with root access.

Who installs WordPress?

You install it yourself from Plesk. If you’d rather we did it, ask us for a quote.

Can you build my website from scratch?

Yes. Tell us what you need using the form on this page and we’ll prepare a proposal.

Do prices include IGI?

No, prices exclude IGI. Customers in Andorra pay 4.5% IGI on top; customers outside Andorra don’t.
