What happens when you get in touch
- We receive your request and reply by email or phone, whichever you leave us.
- We talk the project through and send you a proposal with the setup and the price.
- If you accept it, we set the server up. If not, you pay nothing.
Who you’re dealing with
- BDR Informàtica i Comunicacions, an Andorran company, with a contract under Andorran law.
- Andorra holds an EU adequacy decision for data protection (2010/625/EU).
- You get the price in writing before anything starts.
- Invoices with an Andorran tax ID (NRT), and IGI only for customers in Andorra.

The custom virtual machine has its own kernel, supports Windows Server and you can order it now, without waiting for a proposal. If your project fits, it’s the quickest way to start.

Because each dedicated server is put together for your case: processor, memory, disks and system. Tell us what you need and we’ll send the proposal with the price.
Who runs the server?
You do, with full administrator access. If you’d rather not run it, look at the managed VPS: our team looks after the server during the hours you choose.
Which operating system can it run?
Tell us which system you need and the proposal will say whether we can provide it and what it costs.
When do I need a dedicated server rather than a virtual one?
When you need a whole physical server, or more than the custom virtual machine offers: up to 8 vCPU, 32 GB of memory and 500 GB of disk. If that’s enough, you can order the virtual machine online and, paying by card, it’s created automatically.
What should I put in the form?
Your name and email are enough for us to reply. If you like, tell us what the server is for, which system you need and how much memory and disk you expect.
