Where are the servers hosted?
The servers that run our services are in a data centre in Andorra. This guarantees low latency for your local users and legal privacy under Andorran jurisdiction. Backups can also have a replica in a second data centre.
Can I manage my hosting and domain?
Yes, with Plesk you can manage domains, email, FTP, databases and SSL. If your domain is with us, you edit its DNS from the client area.
Can you register the .ad domain?
Yes, we are authorized registrars and can facilitate the purchase and management of .ad domain names.
What technical support do you offer?
Our own human technical team (systems, development and administration). You talk directly to the person who can solve your problem.
What is root access on a VPS?
Root access is the highest level of administrator permissions on your virtual server. It allows you to install and configure software, manage users and system settings, and adapt the environment to your project’s needs.
What is the difference between a dedicated server and a VPS?
A dedicated server has physical resources that are exclusive to a single client. A VPS is an isolated virtual environment within a shared physical server, with assigned resources.
When is a dedicated server the right choice for me?
When your project needs maximum performance, exclusive resources and stability (for example, high-traffic e-commerce, applications or critical services).
Do you back up hosting plans?
We back up the server as an internal measure, but it is not a guaranteed service: restores depend on availability and may have a cost. You can make and download backups of your website yourself from Plesk, on all plans.
How long does it take to activate a service after payment?
Setup is automatic once card payment is confirmed, both for web hosting and VPS, and you receive your access details by email. By bank transfer, when we receive it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit or debit card and bank transfer.
Do you offer migration from other providers?
Yes, we offer migration services on a custom-quote basis. Contact us with details about the source, volume and services to migrate and we'll send you a tailored proposal.
